Executive Functioning Quest

Location: 3307 S College Ave, Suite 225, Fort Collins, CO

Adult Group Time: Fridays, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Mountain Time (except first Friday of the month)

Teen Group Time: TBD

Ages: Adults 18 plus; Teens 13 to 17 in a separate cohort

Build time management, focus, and planning skills through guided Dungeons and Dragons adventures with an evidence-based curriculum that integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
