  2. Commitment: If you’re committed, I’ll add you to our list for the desired group.
  3. Group Formation: Once enough people join (typically 3 or more), the group will start the following week at the date and time of the group.
  4. Notification: You will be notified prior to the group starting once we have enough people.

Adventurer’s Retreat Series

Overview: The Adventurer’s Retreat Series is a quarterly mindfulness and therapeutic role-playing retreat held at the Neurodiversity Community Center. Each event is themed around the seasons, integrating Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) as a unique modality for fostering mindfulness, emotional regulation, and community building. The retreats will include immersive role-playing campaigns, mindfulness activities, optional biofeedback and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) add-ons, and bundled packages.
